The very first thing you’ll be doing in this game is progressing through the story. This will clear out a huge number of trophies for you. It’s important to go into the menu and check on all optional objectives for this section. If you get 100%, you’ll unlock all of the following trophies.

Bear in mind that you need to exit the Animus twice before the end of sequence 8 to complete Dust to Dust and Mailer Daemon.

  • Bronze: Technical Difficulties – Attempt to access DNA Sequence 9 for the first time.
  • Bronze: Sanctuary! Sanctuary! – Find a secure place to hide and re-enter the Animus.
  • Bronze: Resquiescat en Pace – Complete DNA Sequence 9.
  • Bronze: Deja Vu – Replay a Memory.
  • Bronze: Golden Boy – Discover the Shrine in the Terme di Traiano.
  • Bronze: Bang! – Destroy the Machine Gun.
  • Bronze: Dust to Dust – Find 1 Artifact in 2012.
  • Bronze: Mailer Daemon – Access your email in 2012.
  • Silver: Battle Wounds – Complete DNA Sequence 1.
  • Silver: Rome in Ruins – Complete DNA Sequence 2.
  • Silver: Fixer-Upper – Complete DNA Sequence 3.
  • Silver: Principessa in Another Castello – Complete DNA Sequence 4.
  • Silver: Fundraiser – Complete DNA Sequence 5.
  • Silver: Forget Paris – Complete DNA Sequence 6.
  • Silver: Bloody Sunday – Complete DNA Sequence 7.
  • Silver: Vittoria Agli Assassini – Complete DNA Sequence 8.
  • Gold: A Knife to the Heart – Secure the Apple of Eden.

Shrines and Side Activities

In this game there are a lot of side activities to take on. Taking these on can be done as part of the story, but you can also sweep through after and complete everything in this list.

  • Bronze: Perfect Recall – Achieve 100% Synchronization in any Sequence other than Sequence 1.
  • Bronze: Undertaker 2.0 – Discover the Shrine in the Catacombe di Roma.
  • Bronze: Splash! – Destroy the Naval Cannon.
  • Bronze: Kaboom! – Destroy the Tank.
  • Bronze: Boom! – Destroy the Bomber.
  • Bronze: Home Improvement – Renovate 5 buildings in the Antico district.
  • Bronze: Tower Offense – Burn All Borgia Towers.
  • Bronze: Show Off – Complete 10 Guild Challenges.
  • Bronze: Perfectionist – Earn 3 gold medals in the Animus Virtual Training Program.
  • Bronze: Brotherhood – Recruit 3 Assassins.
  • Bronze: Serial Killer – Perform an Execution Streak of 10 kills.
  • Bronze: Spring Cleaning – Kill a guard with a broom.
  • Bronze: Your Wish is Granted – Throw money in a well.
  • Bronze: Fly Like an Eagle – Jump with the parachute off the top of Castel Sant’Angelo.
  • Bronze: The Gloves Come Off – Win the highest bet at the Fights.
  • Silver: Gladiator – Discover the Shrine in Il Colosseo.
  • Silver: Plumber – Discover the Shrine in the Cloaca Maxima.
  • Silver: One-Man Wrecking Crew – Discover the Shrine in Palazzo Laterano.
  • Silver: Amen – Discover the Shrine in the Basilica di San Pietro.

Collectibles and Rank

These trophies are purely for collectibles and your Assassin rank. You need to do these to get 100%, and they can be quite time consuming.

  • Bronze: Welcome to the Brotherhood – Train a recruit up to the Rank of Assassin.
  • Bronze: Capture the Flag – Remove All Borgia Flags in Rome.
  • Bronze: In Memoriam – Collect All Feathers.
  • Silver: .. .- — .- .-.. .. …- . – Solve all of Subject 16’s puzzles.

Multiplayer

In The Ezio Collection these trophies don’t exist. There’s no multiplayer in that version of the game. However, they are still present in the PS3 version of the game. you probably won’t need to do these on the version you’re playing, but here they are anyway.

  • Bronze: Synchronization Established – Complete an entire Session with at least one kill (Multiplayer Only).
  • Bronze: Needle in a Haystack – Kill your target while hidden in a hay bale (Multiplayer Only).
  • Bronze: Strong Closer – Take the lead 10 seconds before the end of a session and go on to win (Multiplayer Only).
  • Bronze: Fast Learner – Kill your target and escape your pursuer in less than 10 seconds (Multiplayer Only).
  • Bronze: Role Model – Get all the Co-op bonuses in 1 session (Multiplayer Only).
  • Bronze: Overachiever – Score 750 points or more on a single kill (Multiplayer Only).
  • Bronze: Abstergo Employee of the Month – Get every single bonus at least once (Multiplayer Only).
  • Silver: Job Skills – During Open Conflict, kill your target and escape (Multiplayer Only).
  • Silver: Download Complete – Reach Level 50 (Multiplayer Only).

Do everything in this list and you’ll unlock the Platinum: Julius Caesar – Win every trophy.
