Beating An Arzuros In Monster Hunter Rise
The monster is weak towards Fire, Ice, and Lightning. It is resistant towards Dragon and Water. Its hindquarters are weak against sharp or blunt weapons that are infused with fire. Its forelegs are weak against sharp or blunt weapons that are infused with lightning- or ice. You can deal high amounts of damage to the upper half of the monster with fire. Furthermore, the monster is susceptible to status effects such as poison, paralysis, sleep, and exhaust.
The monster has a charge attack that you need to look out for. You need to move out of the way when it charges at you. We recommend trying to stay behind the monster as you can deal a lot of damage to its rear. The Arzuros can be mounted, so attack it with silkbugs to be able to mount it quickly. Once on its back, you can knock it into walls in order to deal damage.
If you have honey in your inventory, then the monster is going to steal it from you and consume it. This will make it vulnerable to your attacks. If you are playing with friends and your teammate has been grabbed by the monster then you can use a bomb in order to free your friend.
