Watch Dogs: Legion’s release date is October 29. The game is the third entry to the Watch Dogs franchise, and is highly-anticipated by both fans and newcomers.
However, there’s more to the game with the Watch Dogs: Legion Season Pass.
This is a pass that entitles players to a lot of extra content, and it’s very much worth investing in.
Here we’ve covered exactly what you get as part of the Watch Dogs: Legion Season Pass.
Watch Dogs: Legion Season Pass Content
The following is everything that’s coming as part of the Watch Dogs: Legion Season Pass.
It’s not all available from the game’s release date, but it will follow gradually over time.
Story Expansions
The first thing that you need to know about the season pass is that it entitles you to two full story expansions. These involve classic characters from the Watch Dogs series.
Of these expansions, only one has been revealed so far. That is Watch Dogs: Legion Bloodlines.
This expansion sees the story of the first game’s protagonist, Aiden Pearce, continued.
No details on what he’s doing have been shown, but it will almost certainly see him taking on the shady private military company called Albion.
All that’s know about the second story expansion is that includes Wrench, one of the core characters from Watch Dogs 2.
Four Playable Characters
The Watch Dogs: Legion Season Pass will also unlock four playable characters from the release date.
Two of these are already outlined above, Aiden Pearce and Wrench. It’s been confirmed that you can play as each of them without their respective story expansions having been released, or even played, first.
Mina is the third playable character. She’s a test subject from a lab, and is able to control other humans through special powers.
How extensive these powers are, we’re not sure, but she looks good.
Finally, there’s Darcy. She is a member of the Assassin’s Brotherhood from Assassin’s Creed.
While she is a crossover between Watch Dogs and Assassin’s Creed in her own right, Ubisoft has said that she’s not cannon. Still, she has a wicked hidden blade to kill enemies with.
Three DedSec Stories
DedSec is the hacker group at the heart of the Watch Dogs series. The Watch Dogs: Legion Season Pass includes three unique DedSec Story Missions for players to enjoy.
Whether or not they’re out on the Watch Dogs: Legion release date isn’t known. But you can only access them with the season pass. (https://radiomusical.com/)
You also get a DedSec Car Skin as part of the season pass, though it’s not that noteworthy on its own.
Watch Dogs: Complete Edition
Finally, anyone who purchases the Watch Dogs: Legion Season Pass gets a copy of the first game, plus all of its DLC, included.
This is a phenomenal bit of content, because it’s an entire game and a couple of DLCs all on its own.
This means that you could get the game on a next-gen console, and effectively have two games in one.
That’s everything that you get with the Watch Dogs: Legion Season Pass. It’s a brilliant selection of additional content for the game.
To top things off, Ubisoft will probably offer a second one as well. Further down the line.
